This is a lovely little kit, with extra tanks, landing craft and other stuff, very little of which I will use. My plan is change the title of this build several times, as there will be 3 IJN subs, barges and a Submarine tender, the Heinan Maru. This is the first part of the build .

Very simple build, needs a bit of putty as the alignment is not perfect.
as you can see from the photo, the inner walls have support struts which I’ve done in plastic strip.
finally, and I have no idea why this was not done, the stern has an anchor which has a angled slope for the anchor stock, (I expect it’s for dragging it off beaches.
