    I started making poop deck railings.. Railing decoration. The carvings will be too small, I wouldn't make them out of wood. Production of modurit firing compound. I opened the mod from the previous President build. It is still usable after 8 years..👌 I again studied the instructions of the Czech modeler Doris Obručová for working with modurit and tried the first option.. Rollers approx. 0.6 mm... Temperature 130 degrees Celsius.. Preview, the result will be red..

    That will be a very big hull!! I used the same build system, just prepared the top of the ribs for precise removal later so I didn't have to use too much violence.. Fingers crossed.👌

    Hello. Bending the wood should be tested so that there is not too much or too little heat. I dip and stroke with solder, still wet, otherwise the wood burns. At some point, the wood softens and behaves like rubber. You shape it, or clamp it, and it hardens into shape. I create a paper pattern with the angle of the bend, I shape accordingly. Stronger wood bends better, very weak slats collapse. Here are my observations.

    I suggest the possibility of using medical rubber. It does not damage the wood and has strength. Can be used by wrapping around the torso. Ondras

    Hello, Alvb. I had this opinion too, but I found out that the "chains deadeyes" fitting was also above the wales. On a competition model, I try to change only complete nonsense, I leave what could have been. I found boats with chains deadeyes outside Wales. For the rigging I use the Zeehaen ship plan, here the clamping is also over Wales, there only the reinforcement continues.. On the Dutch ship replicas this clamp is also over Wales and looks good..

    Thank you very much everyone! Deadeyes fittings for besan made of wire 0.4 mm.. I ran into another stupidity in the plan. From a layman's point of view, deadeyes cannot be placed directly on wales. The ropes would break against the broad stern.. I measured the width of the channels.. Channels again secured with steel pins.. Deadeyes attached to the hull..

    I made the last two sizes of small 4mm wide deadeyes. Again, a system of glued plates and machining at once.. Created a tool for a milling cutter for the production of a 0.4 mm side groove..     Hello Rock. I follow your work. Since I was young, I have associated this ship with coloring, such as the one on the Heller kit.     Finally forging deadeyes.. I used different lengths of fittings from the factory. I evened out the slope in the channels.. Belaying pins darkened and waxed..

    I still work with breaks. Other Small Staghorn harnesses.. More work on the largest triangular Deadeyes. Homemade production is literally done by hand.. I found new options for the MF 70 cutter..👌 side groove.. rounding of edges.. Test with 0.52 mm cable..

    Hi guys and thank you. In the end, the boat went to the Czech Championship, it returned unharmed. In the ship components category "C3D", the points went to the gold medal.😲 Satisfaction. But I miss the atmosphere of the competition and meeting with similarly strange people..😭

    Thank you very much Gary! I created the wheelhouse.. I started making ropes from thin Sajou threads. On the old ropewalk with a low-quality ride, the rope made mistakes for me. So I modified the entire ropewalk.. And now it's about something else!! The hoists of the main mast have been completed with new ropes, they will now go below deck.. Now I can close the wall of the rear superstructure..
