Hello all got my Sea of Galalie boat today can't wait to start it, I have been buying way to many tools and models so now I have to do some side jobs, I am a journeyman painter and everyone wants their place painted be for freeze up, and I got the Inside of a church to do so will be busy till Christmas then I am retiring again lol . I hope I can do some modeling, but I see long days ahead so I don't think I build much till Christmas but will pop in on rainy days lol Take care all my friend's I will miss you lol,

Thanks everyone, 😊 I got really busy at work and now I won't have as much time for the Pinta, but I am sure I will sneak some time on it lol,got some thread from a fishing box, looks good to me For around the sails , and more line for rigging ,plus what's in the kits them self I should have enough. And besides the sea of Galalie boat, I ordered the Viking Long Boat and the mayflower both from Amati. And when I finish this side job I am on ordering the Pegasus from Amati, I know I gone shop crazy lol.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build.
