Here's the project just laid out to get an idea of the work to follow. I had to do a quick assembly of the cardboard structures (they're just taped, they need to be reinforced from the inside, more framework) to see where they'll be placed.
Of course, the cardboard models have already been modified for some and not yet for others. Corrections are necessary. Also missing is the open hall, which will be a wooden frame with a tiled roof. And all kinds of small annex buildings, accessories, etc...

While the roofing continues...
I did 2 or 3 things: the descent to the crypt (to be inlaid in the support block to come), the installation of the local sanctified monk, the central well and a basin surely recovered from a nearby Roman ruin...

Ekis,
I was looking through the catalog of kits from the company you had mentioned to see if there was one I wanted to build. The one thing that bothered me is the roofs all looked out of scale. I thought maybe they had changed since you purchased yours. It didn’t dawn on me you modified them. The results improve the buildings a lot!

The doors and reinforcements of the dovecote are made, the framework ready to receive its tiles. The small wall closing the cloister against the church is in progress...

Further assembly for the dovecote:
I'm going to attack the frame structure and the particular roof.

Some additional views with the layout of the buildings (the roofs are still missing).
The last 3 photos with the last circular building in full assembly: the dovecote.
He will finally miss the small end of the wall with a door to connect the cloister to the rear of the church.

The first cloister building is advancing quite a bit.
I had to transform a little to make it more aesthetic and conform to the Roman Art of the church. The old kit did not provide for a column, no difference between the exterior and the interior openings.
Similarly, I added floor tiles and a door from the tower which seems logical ... I spent a few hours there.
The remaining holes or stone overflows are future connections with the church or the rest of the buildings.

Some photos on a neutral background, and I go to the cloister:

Good morning everyone
apart from the handling ropes the life boats are finished,
i put everything in place according to the plans, and secured in position, however the forward drum reels are set to far aft to be of use, it looked tight even on the plans, after looking at other builds and seeing the same issue they got moved about 1cm to make them more usable, i may have to move the after hatches now as they might not have enough room
the middle picture drum reels are in place according to the plans, but in reality are to far aft to be of use
reels after being moved, dont quite know what to do about the stain damage on the wood

While you mention the "MEMPHIS BELLE"...
Once upon a time, about 2005 or so, some B-1 where visiting NORDHOLZ AFB (near Cuxhaven). One of them was named after that famous B-17 that nearly got chewn up by the personal Focke-Force while attacking the Focke-Wulf factory north of Bremen. The Bone was complete with the correct nose art and so on.
Back then, parts of the factory were still in place and could be easily identified. It came that I got the Belle's driver to talk to. I asked him, if he is aware of the very special place to his bird, nextby. No. He knew a bit about the B-17 Belle, but not much. OK, I told him, what nearly killed the crew and the bird on her last operational flight. The movie about that was impressive enough (btw: I knew EVERY B-17 on show there... :-) ). So I provided the right vectors to have a glance at this very special place. In the evening, the B-1 departed back to Britain and then back home to Georgia. Going out on Burners, one Bone diverted 110° left en route no the north of Bremen...
Now in 2020, most of the old factory buildings and space are gone and it is not easy to tell, where that factory was located.
Regards
Thomas
