Hey Chuck, just looking through this project and am wondering if this is a "scratch build" and are there plans and some instructions? I'm sure I could find the answers here but just curious as I'm already involved in a couple of models at the present time....Thanks., John D.

There are no instructions as this is a complete scratch project.  After you sign up you will be given access to the plans.  There is nothing prepared for it at all....you need to buy the raw wood and have at it....decorations and all!!!  Its a real fun project.  Just look through some of the completed models.

Yes Chuck, I breezed through some posts and I am impressed! This will be a great project for me to learn the scratch build methods shown here.  Looks like I'll need to purchase some more tools, but I love buying tools, like a child getting a new toy!  Thanks for your response, John.

John,

For "instructions", look for the build logs that are "completed".   Particularly these two as they are most complete for the cross-section:

The full-hull is also available in the Triton area.   There's only been a couple that have been finished so I suggest those would also be a good reference.

Hi Chuck,  I'm interested in doing the triton cross section,  but I'm in the UK  so my question is how much are the plans as on the nrg page they are $5, is there any extra charge for sterling purchases? Thanks

No....whatever the exchange rate is.....you pay through the NRG site.  Then I give you access to download the plans.  Its very easy....then print them out and get started.

Hi Chuck

I'm back sorry to be a pain but I've downloaded the Triton plans but can't get the POB centre board to print off, everthing else prints off fine. Thanks

What seems to be the issue.  These plans were done so long ago that there isnt much I can do for you.   I dont have those plans and wasnt really involved with its set up.  If I remember correctly you must go to kinkos or another facilty because its a larger file.

Ok thanks Chuck.

Phil thanks but going to get a print shop to do it for me as I'm not too tech savvy
