Hello!*

I'm Konrad from Berlin.

I built a couple of various models when I was 25 years and 15 kg younger: stuff from Goto Predestinatia, Heller's Golden Hind, tanks, planes etc. My last two models - Vasa and Borodino - still lay unfinished, but I had to leave them when I moved to Germany. I worked only with plastic.

However, for quite some time working with wood has been "walking with me".

I've found the Forum, read some articles, logs and decided to 1) introduce myself 2) finally get to the business 🙂

I will let you know when I start with a model.

- K.

*please pardon my English - I'm doing my best, but mostly it's not the best

Herzliche Willkommen! Sind Sie niederländisch, oder vielleicht südafrikanisch (dein Name scheint zu sein)?

Your English seems plenty good enough to communicate here. I look forward to your next model.

Welcome to MSW.   We have MANY members in which English is not their first language and they are active participants at MSW so you have no worries.  Your English is better than some of us where English is our first language 😀
