The resin side of the hobby had one or two, but you may only find them on the 'Bay. And maybe a card model, too.

 

The original was found off Fort Sumter and resides in a museum in Charleston, SC. They're soaking it in chemicals to remove all the salt in the iron; similar to what the museum in Hampton, VA is doing to the turret, cannons and other pieces of the USS Monitor.

Looks  like an interesting project!  You could duplicate the picture on the the box as 54 mm Civil War era figures (1:32 scale) are readily available.

It is a very interesting model, I got to see the Hunley when I was in Charleston in 2014. It was still in the water soaking, but they had a couple of the top panels off and you can see inside, even see the hand crank.
