    I painted on the hull of the false doors of the guns. Mauro

    I finished the planking and I almost finished painting the hull, at the same time I'm building the cutter of the brig. The kit provides only 2 boats metal, it will build 7 (as in the original) using very thin strips of wood. Not sure of being able to sell all the boats on board, maybe I'll have to discard some. Mauro

    I finished the cover of the bridge and I placed some barrels in a part of the hold. These barrels will remain visible in the case of the hatch opening. Originally I wanted to leave visible on both sides of the hold but I decided to place over the hatch a small boat, so on the one hand the hold will remain closed over the boat. Mauro

    Hi Hartmut, the saettia should be, in my opinion, the ancestor of pinco , the similarities are many.     Hi Nils, my sails are all sewn by hand, do not have a sewing machine ....... and do not know the use !!! The sails may look a little different from each other just because they are hand sewn and the seams, despite the efforts, are slightly different from each other. Once finished the work on the sails hope that a pass with the iron makes them more uniform. Reciprocate the good wishes, I wish you and your family and friends a Merry Christmas !!! Mauro
