  1. This is so cool, I model planes, trains and automobiles, to quote the motion picture as well as armor and ships. So many models, so little time!
  2. Your build is museum quality, it is hard to believe it is a plastic model!
  3. It's hard to believe it's been almost three years since my last post! Not much but, the stairs just dangle past the gun deck, so I made an orlop deck from scratch.
  4. Great Job Again Patrick, your collection must be quite large by now!
  5. Looks like quite the model, can't wait to see more of your build.
  6. There was a gap between the rear fenders and body, I'm using styrene to fill the gap...
  7. I put the clear coat on,... ... decals and wheels
  8. I fixed the water pump and assembled the engine...
  9. Great Build! Learning a lot from your Riviera.
  10. I am trying to do two modification to the engine, sparkplug wires made from 28 ga. wire and correcting the water pump... Should look closer to this...
  11. I managed to get some primer on the fuselage
  12. I'm on a roll, I have finished not one, but two models, first time since 1982! I am almost ready to prime the fuselage and getting the rest of the part ready too
  13. I have been wanting to build this kit for some time, but the instructions kept me from trying. Then someone suggested Fotki.com and problem solved. But, I was still missing the whitewalls and like magic, after many searches, the whitewalls were on ebay, hurray! I decided on a Burgundy body on Black fenders and frame. Right now, I'm trying to get the body tight to the rear fenders.
