The longerons and deck are not glued.
I've checkt all the frames and they are level.
The deck not fits just a little adjustment.

    A few pictures to enjoy.

Keel segments are glued in place.
The frames matches the ones one the drawing, but they don't fit onto the keel, as the photo shows.
Necessary adjustments to the depth on the joines of the frames are needed to make them fit (picture No. 4)

What puzzles me on the picture are the steel bars on the picture and no sign of deadeye blocks. Are the bars used to fasten the shrouds?

The battens run over the gunwale and taper towards the centre. I have added a plank on  the aft side of the top, on which the stanchions will come for the rail and netting. Deadeyes glued in place.

Painted several times. I added a lining on the port, starboard and fore sides of the top, like on the real top. The short side of the battens are thereby protected from damaging them.

I will add the blocks, stanchions and netting later, but before putting the fore mast assembly together.

    The Fore Mast:
Quite a bit of sorting out.
Unfortunately I made pictures without my SD card in the camera. So there is more result than process😕.

Here the cheeks on top of iron bands, bibbs in place as well as the rubbing paunch. Filed grooves to accommodate the bands. Filled up the space between the bibbs and the rubbing paunch, very much like Lees draws it.

    More iron bands:

Then the fore mast top. Crosstrees and trestletrees. Gunwale glues to the top platform.

The tops were constructed using planks, plywood not having been invented in 1805. I planked the platform with 0.5mm planks, using two different widths, as per McKay. The planks "intersect" in the four corners.

Next pictures shows some more modifications. The battens run over the gunwale and taper towards the centre. I have added a plank on  the aft side of the top, on which the stanchions will come.
The pictures I made of the grounded tops during my visit to Portsmouth helped a lot. One does not get very often the chance of seeing the tops so close-up:

HMS Snake was launched in 1797 as the only member of her class of brig-sloops. She captured or destroyed two French privateers and one Danish privateer. She also captured numerous small merchantmen, but spent time escorting convoys to and from the West Indies. She was sold in 1816.

The following have now been completed: 1) painting and installation of the PE decoration on the hull; 2) painting, glazing and installation of the quarter galleries; 3) installation of the channels; 4) installation of the hull steps.

The gold paint that I have used is an antique or old gold and is not as bright as others have used. I prefer a subdued look, but I can understand how others  prefer the "pop" of a brighter gold. Although I am intrigued by use of floor polish to attach the PE, I chose to use a method that I have used before. I used the same Micro Krystal Klear that I use for glazing as an adhesive to attach the PE. It is very easy to  use and leaves no visible  residue. I completed the process by applying a coat of Wipe-on Poly over the entire area.

On the quarter galleries, I again used blue, rather than red, as the background color.

I have also begun work on the head, but will leave that for the next update.

    Bob

Thank you Glenn and Matt. Much appreciated. Also all the likes too.

Speaking of painting, PE is being painted. I used rattle can primer then gold and black matt
    spray paint.
