  14. Happy Easter to you and yours Ed from UA. It's always the simple things that get you. As far as chucking something up in the lathe and cutting it to size and shape I can't see it being a lot faster than what you did, but as I have not done it yet I'm not sure. The trunninon hole, did you code that in? Or drill some other way?? Good Luck with drilling the barrel holes and the repair. Later Tim

  18. Al You listed the X-Y as 48x48 what is you vertical Z axis travel? Also is the 4th axis sitting at the edge of the X-Y table or ?? In your by hand 5th axis of course. I guess that I'm almost asking for a stepped back overall view of everything. Thanks Later Tim
