  2. Looking very Good. Thanks for sharing your pics. Later Tim
  3. Ok, more questions. You used """Stepper Motor Size: Nema 23, 425 oz., 8 wire""" on all four of your axis or ?? Can you please post pics of your 4th axis and another of your cannon making. Thanks Thanks Tim
  4. Al from UA If you used very light cuts, slow passes could you use your setup for Aluminum? Or steel?? Brass?? Thanks Later Tim
  5. THANKS for starting this. I think that my last post under your Triton Cross section thread might have had something to do with it. THANKS.. Going to reviewing this a lot when I get home from work. I've been at the edge of this for a while and if I get some money up again then I think that I might know where I'm going to be spending a few dollars of it. Thanks Again. Later Tim
  6. Well it seems that there are several of us interested in your CNC wood mill setup. So how about showing it off?? Set up a thread in one of the other areas. I know that I would welcome it!! Seems that there are several others that would also. Please do it. Later Tim
  7. Wow, that was moving a lot faster than I thought that it would be moving. Also always think of a cannon being made in a lathe setup not in a mill setup. So that was interesting to me. Thanks for sharing all of this. Later Tim
  8. Your website is great. THANKS for sharing as much as you do. Later Tim
  9. Nice real nice. Like the simple gets it done dust collector. Looks like the g-code review worked. Way to go. Several more if you please. Later Tim
  10. Saw the tailstock and said that's interesting then of course noted the whole setup is interesting and I believe that he said that he did it his way for almost everything. You really (if you would be so kind) should set up a build thread on your cnc machines and how what etc in a different section of this website. PLEASE. Also keep up this great build thread of course. Thanks Good Luck with the g-code review. Later Tim
  11. You have done a lot on Nice Work on this. Can't wait to see more pics. Thanks for sharing. Later Tim
  12. That is a different way to set up the 5th axis. Interesting. Good Luck with the start up. Later Tim
  13. Well Good Luck with that. Looks like a good upgrade. Was just talking with a few of the fellows at my house about cnc-ing my mill again. Someday.. Enjoy life! Later Tim
  14. Al I guess that I should add that I know the size of those frame pieces as I redid the scale on mine and I'm also working (yes, when) 1:24 scale also. Your CNC setup does a very quick job as compared to the way that I and everyone else cuts them out with a jigsaw or whatever. Enjoy Life. Later Tim
  15. Al Thank You for that link to your U-tube video's. Looks like you have worked hard on getting that set up. I ran out of money before I was able to finish CNC-ing my mill. Planned 4 axis. Have the big mill and the rotary table that goes on it's side and the live center tail stock. Stopped at the part where I was about to buy the 4-cnc motors and then make the hardware to mount everything and start into the cnc world. Maybe someday. Need more days like today at work. Thank You for sharing how you are doing this project. Enjoy the build. I'm looking forward to reviewing your u-tube stuff over the weekend. While I'm at work I normally just visit this site while I'm eating breakfast or lunch. Work what can we say. I keep saying that if I work hard enough I can retire somewhat in a few years, or not. LOL Later Tim
  16. Very interesting, look forward to checking this and your other videos when I get home. Later Tim
  17. A 3d 2,500 square foot house in 24 hours out of concrete. WOW. That would sure change a lot of things. Very interesting. Later Tim
