    Indeed Kevin, The say the cap for most is going to be about £3000 + a year thats about £300 a month compared to under £100 a month we was topping up - crazy times. OC.

    Not sure when I will be back on this - I will be honest I have been frighten'd by our price increase in energy - gas and electric, they estimate it will be 300% more each year, that has led to me to become a bit OCD about using electric things around the house - especially my modelling lamp on my bench, we have even stopped using our cooker - only using our microwave for meals now, and even the kettle for drinks I have started only boiling a bare min for our cups. The increase in power charges is Ridiculous. OC.

    Great work Grant, how will you be going about strenthing the joins when you but the walls together? I used wood strips in mine on the inside edge where Two walls meet. OC.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
