Hello everyone, i’m Daniel, i’m from Portugal and i am going to start this big adventure in a few weeks maybe. I have 23 almost 24 years old and my family introduced to me plastic modelling since my childhood, military vehicles, etc.

Now I’m very concentrated on naval modelling :D

My first model is going to be Polaris from Occre.
Thanks for accepting me here in this big home.

Best regards!

Daniel, a big and warm welcome to MSW.  Having the experience of building plastic kits are very helpful as you already have the eye for details.

Building a wooden model is different since there are hardly any pre-made parts. However the choice with Polaris is a great start to give you all needed experience to move on. I am looking forward to your build log.

Welcome to MSW!

Welcome to MSW, Daniel. There is a current build log for Polaris which you may have already seen, it could be useful.

Welcome to Model Ship World Daniel.  The Polaris from OcCre seems to be a good model for a beginner.  I believe OcCre has some videos on YouTube with tips on how to build the Polaris.  Good luck on your build.
