Morning everyone

l have just about finished building my first ever project. A oasthouse for the garden.

I enjoyed the challenge, and it worked out half tidy.

My good neighbour was impressed, so much so, that we did a deal on a part build model of billings Cutty Sark he gave up on forty days years ago, the rigging

got him!!

Anyway hello to each and all, I will be seeking some assistance on the Cutty

some time in the future.

in the the meantime I thought to get my hand in with a junk.

kind regards

john

Hi keith

i am just about finished on my converted oasthouse project. ( garden job )

Then I’m hoping to start a small junk, for indoors, haven’t had a chance to chose one yet, when I do select a suitable kit, I’ll start a build log.

Meantime here’s a few pics of the cutty, I will start when I feel more confident.

Be glad to hear the thoughts on these pics, Olson how to set up a build log.

kind regards-all who welcomed me to the forum

John,

I grabbed this at random from the kit area (each sub-forum by years has the same topic).   It should help you get started.

Welcome to Model Ship World John.  I am glad that you will complete this model.  Too many ship models are started and never finished.
