Hi, my first post on this site but not my first modelling experience. I’ve been building for about 45 years. I like a LOT of subjects, way too many really. Aircraft, military vehicles, racing cars, motorcycles and of course ships.

I try to limit my ships to 1/350 plastic kits with the odd 1/700 kit mixed in. My main interest is WW2 in the Pacific but it doesn’t take much to lure me of that straight and narrow… At the moment of writing this post I’m trying to build Hasegawa’s 1/350 Mikasa…

When I have some interesting photos of the progress, I’ll start a build log. But be warned, my track record of finished kits is abysmal…!

Oh , and the One-Oh-Four screen name? My late father was a fighter pilot in the Royal Netherlands Air Force, he flew the Lockheed F-104G Starfighter. They called it the Honderdvier; One-Oh-Four.

Cheers,

Erik.
