donrobinson got a reaction from Elijah in Trabakul by donrobinson - FINISHED - MarisStella - 1:32 scale
Sorry about that I clicked the wrong button too soon.
So this how the last posting goes: First picture is showing where to trim sail, second picture is showing the tape I used for the hems, third picture is showing after being trimmed and the forth is showing the wire that was inserted into the outside edges.
Ok, now that I got my mind together:
Sail hemmed with the iron on tape
Marking holes to sew on bolt rope
Kringles made from serving some wire then shaping on a dowel
Completed sail, still needs the little ropes at the top ironed, what is the name for these ropes?
And up next is to make a couple parrels
Have a Good Day everyone and Thanks for all the likes and comments

I like that shade of blue, should look good. Might be the picture but it looks like something is happening with the bottom wale at the bow, in the first picture. Good work. Any thoughts of a stand made of lego for her?

Hello Austristan, looks like this should be a nice project. That is quite normal for thicker panels, take your time and use a sharp blade.

Good Morning All, I was walking down the hall yesterday and seen this guy sitting there looking lonely so I thought it was time to bring him into the workshop and do a little work.
So here is how he looked
Then four hours later
And here is a shot of the instruction booklet and part of the list to follow, the check marks are showing what is completed so far. Quite impressive considering this was started over a year ago. NOT!! Hopefully the pace will pick up now that my Trabakul is nearing completion.
