I agree with almost everyone about model space kits and their service and forum but Alan from Model space who did the whole session of the Victory and did a great job is a much better person to go to for help as well as every one else on the model space forum instead of bobby of Genesis, because Alan will reply back Bobby will not Ronald

thanks I do appreciate that OC but I would like to see a glimpse of the 1/180 scale Victory build in the area where the second deck gets installed better yet I would love to see a video of the 1/180 scale victory being built from the time the box is open till she is placed on a display base, I know that is asking to much so instead I'll be happy to hear from 1/180 victory builders past and present especially from frank if he still has the photos that is if he did log on that kit Ronald

thanks Frank I tried the 1/180 scale airfix kit and was doing fine until I got to the part where I tried to put the top deck on with out breaking off one or two columns off or a cannon off it's carriage it was a disaster, all that time I put in to that kit wasted the kit fortunately was free so if I do the 1/180 scale kit again, I will need help from you and everyone on this forum that built the airfix Victory successfully especially when It will come to part when I have to install the top deck I tried to get help from Airfix triburte forum but one fellow no names mention gives me a hard time never nice me so I'm only going to come here for help from now on, so if you can remember that build I would appreciate your building skills on that kit Ronald

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
