HMS Victory by Kooyu - Caldercraft - Scale 1: 72, (First wooden ship build)

Recommended Posts

It's hard for me to restart the build log of my Victory. So many discusstion and joy in the lost log which I can not find any more and only in my memory.

I started my Victory at November, 2011. After waiting for a long time, I got the kit. But need two more weeks to receive the sketches which was missing by Jotika!

How surprised when I receive the kit!

...... Where is the sketches?! Oh my God!

During the time of waiting the sketches from Jotika, I just buit my 'workshop' -- it's the balcony of my room :)

Welcome back Kooyu.  You've been missed.  Recovering the photos helps but so many comments by others and ourselves are lost.  I'm looking forward to seeing your innovations, old and new and following your beautiful ship.  Gil

Kooyu,

Welcome back.  So much was lost, but the friendship remains.  We're all working to rebuild MSW and having a great time doing it.  I'm looking forward to seeing your excellent build again.  This time, we all make new memories.

Start the planking of upper gun deck. I use black cottern thread between two deck strip as asphalt, but it's not so good idea which I had gave up on the quarterdeck.
