Old Fart Posted May 28, 2020 Share #1 Posted May 28, 2020 Totally new to wooden ship building, i am retired,75, and plenty of time to devote to a new endeavor, have done a lot of reading on the craft, from what i understand picking your first build is critical, so i guess my first question is how to go about choosing my first build. You can click here to see a list of such projects. Take note of what the finished build logs have in common: most are smallcraft with simple rigs, and three-masted, full-rigged ships are the exception rather than the norm.
