Hi,

When I was about 20 years old I built a lot for a store, now I am retired and I am
going to build for myself again.I have now purchased the Bohuslan from Krick and will start construction early next year,
because I am going to make some tools first. When I start I will regularly send photos,so that you can follow the construction.

Greetings Patrick

Patrick,  Thank you for your introduction.  Big welcome to you here at MSW.  Does the Bohusian have any special meaning for you or is it like most us when we often choose because we like the way a particular vessel looks?

Welcome to MSW, Patrick.

When you start the model, open a log in the kit build area as it's a great way to get help and show your progress.

As for tool, we do have a tool section and a jig section which might be of some help.

Welcome, Patrick! I'd second Mark's suggestion that you start a build log when you begin your model. It's a great way to get help and advice - and encouragement.

By the way, why the name Boomer? Are you a baby boomer (like a lot of us) or is it because that's the name for a very big kangaroo?
