To Whom it May Concern, Greetins

Chuck Passaro mentions in his Planking Tutorail - Lining of a Hull using 3" see-through low-tack scotch tape which he can write on.

Has any body  out there a more precise article desciption, number or anything that would help me, to order such tape in Germany, Europe or the US???

If you have an office supply store near by check out the packing tape supplies to get anything bigger than 1 inch; there are some low tack - not so sticky packing tape that pulls off very easily or look around in the painters area of the hardware store.

I used 3/4" wide regular scotch tape and it worked fine, just use the dull finish type, not the glossy. If you need wider tape, you can always ues two or more strips overlapping and get a wider surface.

I just use regular packaging tape.  Its slick but a pencil will write on it if you use the edge of the lead.  I have also used a grease pencil and a sharpie.
