Ok bowsprit is finished Tried to add a little extra rope work that that the plans didn't show but picked up from other build logs Not installing it or masts till probably late January or February due to we will be moving back to Texas I figured the ship would have a hard time making the long trip so everything mast related will be done off ship

That or salvage what you can and rebuild the lower section so it's a clean build Think you would be much happier than piecing it together and hoping it holds

Got your work Cut out for you but you've done a great job wonderful year well spent. It is a very strange way to plank the ship But it definitely shows your mastery As life allows you I am excited to see this girl come to tuition

Mark that planking looks great Now explain to me is it more difficult to plank on a scratch build or on a kit Seems like your being tedious with the strips but is it because it's difficult or because your just being more of a perfectionist due to pride in scratching

I'm a nurse and I know the good and bad opiated can do Mark take care of the bride of yours and be there for her I will be praying for her betterment I was just giving you a hard time about your build like you said the wood is patient It will be there when you have the time But for now Janet needs your time more God bless you two

Tom I found them to be probably the most time consuming and stressful part of this build Get them off sync and it looks like crud I do have to say they aren't as pretty as yours turned out but I am very happy and glad they are done

Rigged up the anchors Broke my tiny drill bit so I can't place the front port doors but that will be the last thing on the body of the ship I need to do Next is making the masts Wish me luck lol

Head timbers done That's a big weight off my shoulders Such a confusing and interesting part of the ship Still not sure its purpose but it looks good to me lol

well mark dont you know details are great but results are greater. lol joking i know alot goes into scratch building and unlike me your actually doing it right sorry to hear about the admiral hope she gets better soon cant wait to see your update
