As the title says new Amazon prime series
Spread across 26 episodes, this Emmy-winning docuseries is the complete story of World War II at sea, culled together from archival footage shot by every major combatant nation.
It might only work in the UK but give it a try, mostly black and white footage from the start of the war through to the end. Enjoy

I would really love to see a model for the SS Great Britain.
And one close to my heart a model of a Scilly Isles or Cornish Pilot Gig, shows examples and a small set of plans.

Chris,
I am so happy for you, you are having problems that only come from success. I am looking forward to hear how everything works out. I am sure you will breeze through them like everything else you have had to get through since opening your wonderful company. A company that I will support by buying every kit you ever make.
Kind regards and best wishes for now and the future

Hi,
I am looking to buy a 18 inch Byrnes Table Saw. I have not used one for many years and have never owned one, however I would like your advise as to what parts I should buy with the basic saw to make it perfect for scratch building. i am looking to eventually build a first rate in 1/48 scale and will be ripping my own planks for decking and hull. As I live in the UK getting all the parts in one go makes sense due to custom and postage costs. Can anyone please tell me what Should i buy :-

I have read a few of these books, and they are fine, but not of the same calibre as the Hornblower and Aubrey series, I think. Plus the name of some of the ships is highly questionable - Buzzard for a frigate, or Caligula for a ship of the line!
?? What books were they in then as I dont remember those names?
How about a vessel from the greatest Naval Disaster of it's age when the HMS Association (90), HMS Firebrand (16), HMS Eagle (70) and HMS Romney (50) Foundering on the Isles of Scilly in 1707 with a loss of in excess of 2000 men. Which led to the introduction the longitude Act of 1714.

Chris,
Received the "Ranger" Sail set and fishermen today.
All I can say is that it is a beatifully designed and packaged kit. You and your wife make a great team and are in my humble opinion the best Designers and manufacturers in Europe.
I am so looking forward to your next vessels release.
