Hi,
I am looking to use an airbrush to paint my models both plastic and Wood. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a good, quite, compresser that would be suitable.
Thanks

Don't know if this is the right place for this but I have been watching the Tally Ho series on Youtube.
The episode shown below detail all the various types of sails and rigs on vessels, it is very informative and very well produced.
Tally Ho The Rig and Sail Plans
Enjoy

So sorry to hear that your eye sight is not doing to well.
I would be very interested in the Model Stagecoach. Or The Newsboy Kit.
If you are willing to ship the item I am more than happy to pay for both the kit and the postage.
Thanks

Fantastic news James. Can't wait to buy one of these and get modelling.
Same here, the only time I Built the victory was an Airfix kit over 40 years ago I will be getting the Amati one as long as James H says it is worthwhile and Just because Chris W designed it.

Well Chris, thanks for the update, so looking forward to seeing the finished kit, I have already put money aside to purchase this kit, which will go into my stash with all your other models you have produced to date. I will off course do build logs once it get to them.
I wish you every success for now and the future.

Hi,
Looking to purchase a kit in the scale 1/200 or 1/350 depending on how detailed it is. I am looking for as much detail as possible from photo etch / 3d printing.
any advise would be greatly appreciated. I was looking at the Hood with mk1 design detail up kit. but i will bow to those with more knowledge.
Thanks

Jim,
must have missed this the first time I went through all you wonderful pictures, I served on the Gold Rover, in Late '82. I was made redundant the following year during the 1st round of Maggie T's defense cut backs after the Falklands. Best 3.5 years of travel ever during my time on the RFA
Thanks
