  6. Good day everyone hope all are well, I decided to do a bit more this afternoon as the weather was pants with light rain so no sitting in the back patio, so I decided to work on one of the exhaust manifolds - this is built up using four sections, after assembly I painted the insides of the exhausts flat black then I made up a bronzy type colour by mixing flat black/flat alum and red ocre, then after drying with my friend "Harold hairdryer" I glued it in place iniside the forward bulkhead, then I dry fitted the engine comp cover. OC.

  11. I must do a bit more later today, I decided to have a lazy day infront of the box watching some chill out tv shows last night, I will have a general check over the bits I last fitted than will probably work on the exhaust systems, these even have hollowed out pipes so they will be blacked inside then after fitting I will paint the outsides in a rusty bronze colour I will make up from mixing flat alum and some red ocre (same as I did on the Mossie exhausts) then I will be able to glue down the engine cover I made up the other day. OC.
  12. I meant a nights suit of armour like they used to wear back in the 15th century.😉 OC.
