  1. Thank you for looking over my build log, yes I will be returning to it, just for the time being I am not pushing myself with it as I want to be able to give it my best. There is still lots more to do to it - figures and scenery. OC.
  2. Good work, they will make So much difference when you start the Standing Riging as they will not bend like the plastic ones would have done. OC.

  6. Greg its the washes that make all the differences with figures to bring out the details and give some seperation between the different uniform sections. OC.

  8. Wooden top masts and spars will certainly benefit you, to avoid the rigging bending them. OC.
  9. You could always make the fem biker and keep her in your modeling desk - just get her out when the admiral aint looking....☺️ OC.
  10. On bicycle wheel/tyres I used to use a tyre lever or failing that a fork/spoon handle (metal type) OC.
  11. Mate could you not re plank over it up to the wale on both sides, I know it would be a pain. OC.

Hi there all my friends, I have not given up on this build - the figures are still sitting on the table going through stages of whistling, walking up and down the table - stomping their feet, and now they are just lying about the floor staring at the ceiling, I hear the occasional cough trying to get my attention. I will return just I locked my mojo away in one of the cupboards and need to find it. OC.

  14. I did that the first few tries with full size wheels, takes a while to get the sequence correct. OC.
  15. No mate, never really played with bb guns or air rifles (my mum hated them). My wheel building came from working for a cycle manufacturer and some work in cycle shops - lacing and building wheel and lots of truing as part of a service. OC.
  16. If your figure painting is like all the other stuff you do - they will be more than nice. OC.
  17. "Wheel Lacing" remember those days - not with motor cycles but bicycles, I built a few years back. OC.
  18. ICM do seem to make some Excellent kits. OC.
