I’ve also finished the wheel house beside paint and started the companionway. im wondering if I should remove the decking where the companion way goes or if I can set it on top. I used the grooved deck material for the companion way roof. Thank you for the compliments, currently i have ordered more basswood so i can attempt my cap rail...i think i've tried 3 times already and not been pleased. I've also drilled for my main masts and my angle is close, but the dowels are super warped! Not sure how to fix that so i ordered a few new ones. I went with some wooden cleats I had purchased from model Shipways last year instead of the metal ones supplied that were too big.
