I know Aldo,

It's not the first time that I'm using power tools.

At school ( 100 years back ) we learn how to deal with it…..

The only thing I refuse to work with are….kitchen tools  :D  :D  :D  :D

Yes Adrieke,

I'm doing the vacuuming and ironing…only my own shirts for work.

I have no problems with that.

I lived a few years of my own so I have to do that...

Hello Sjors,

In all of my dealing with my Conny, somehow I never got around to seeing your build. She's beautiful and I hope I can make my Morgan even close to what you've done. I, as you, like to see pictures and your pictures show her off. Thank you for all the inspiration and beautiful workmanship. I can learn many lessons from this. Keep up the good work.

John

Thanks John,

Don't blame your self by not seeing this build.

She is on hold for the moment ,because I want to do the rigging for the Le Mirage first…..

If i'm not doing that, I have to of those big ones for rigging at the same time and that is to much…..

I follow in silence as well. My line is steel ships, and don't know much about sailing ships of the period.

But this I can say - You are doing a very beautiful job.

Well Done

Sjors,

You need some 'voice to text' software...then you can work on your ships while chatting with all of us... :D :D :D :D :D

Then maybe get a 'voice to picture' camera and we can see your progress.... :P :P :P :P

do you feel better now.......smelling sawdust is like salts..........it brings back the senses.   the sound of the cutting tools have a calming effect.

Anja must be happy now

that you now have altered your care

you whittle away the while-a-way hour

and get ye not in her hair  :)

It's always good to switch to something else when one build is causing you some grief, so I'm glad you have the SI to work on again. Those gunports look like they are going to keep you busy for several days.

Thanks Guys,

It feels good to do something.

Tomorrow I have one day off work so making dust again  :)

I hope tomorrow I can make all the samson posts.

Only 21 to go…….

I want to use the milling machine ,but I can only mill horizontal and not vertical.

So thats all hand made!

It keeps me of the street…...
