USS Thetis Bay 1944 by RGL - FINISHED - Hasegawa - 1/350 - PLASTIC

Recommended Posts

I'm sorry I missed this one Greg........so much went into her and the planes look so very good....I can see why your nails are so short  ;)   such beautiful detail and so much of it.......amazing how much your able to stuff into your models!  good info on the deck....I have one that I got a wood deck for,  and haven't even thought how I'm going to be able to place it since I've never done one before.   you have a way bringing out the life in a model.......I'm envious,  but glad to partake in seeing how you do it :)

Outstanding job, Greg. Those last few guns and bridge gear are beautiful prints.

Considering the vital role she played in securing the supply routes to Australia, I should think that USS Lexington (CV-2) was worthy of a piece of your rapidly diminishing shelf space. 😉

If you do a battleship, I'd vote for one of the South Dakota-class -- I've always liked them.

Marvelous work Greg. Your usual speedy build. I do not know how you can maintain such speed in your builds. Must be my age, getting slow. Not building at all doesn't help much either, I know.
