I've loved building models since I was a kid, and dabbled in woodworking and carpentry, but I never knew wooden ship kits were a thing until recently. To say I'm excited is an understatement. I've done a lot of reading, and decided on OcCre's Polaris as a starter model to see if this is something I'd like to pursue, though knowing my other hobbies and tendencies, I tend to think I'll love it. Reading through some of the build logs is super inspiring, and I'm looking forward to starting my own. Some other hobbies I enjoy are papercraft, jigsaw puzzles, origami, and playing the piano.
