That's very kind of you, Cobr@, but I'd just bought a set of guns from the Cornwall Model Shop a couple of weeks ago, not so much for the quality of the guns themselves but because the supplied gun carriages were so fragile. This is what the replacement looks like.
Hi Herbgold
No problem i'm sure i'll find someone to give them too
The supplied carriages are pretty feeble but what i did was to get some 0.5mm x 3mm strips and plank the sides of the carriages. This had the effect of making them thicker but also making them look like the were made of individual planks and not a piece of ply
Good piece of advice from Spyglass above

Nice even job on the plank levels on each side

Hi when i built this kit the quality of the cannon barrels were not too good,
I have a full set of turned brass cannons if you want to replace yours.
this is a photo of the barrels the small ones are for the swivel guns but you will need to make your own fittings for those, but there is a good build on here that will give you an idea how to do it

@ Ken, EJ and Mark
Ahh yes i agree with all of you about what the containers are for. Thanks for your input guys, much appreciated
This just highlights once again the lack of information in instructions. Even if they left it in the same language as the rest of the instructions, to put the name of the parts you are actually building would cost nothing but would help immensely for anyone wanting to research the part.
Rant over on with the building

Moved on a little bit further
Cut away the rear supports from the 3 main frames and fitted the 6 pillars that support the upper deck frames
Started to make the containers (not sure what they contain though LOL)
Cut 10mm dowel to length, rounded one end and cut a groove in so it looks like they have a lid on them
Cut and bent some brass wire to make the handles.
All i need to do now is to get the inclination to fit the handles and paint them up

Thanks for your kind remarks Don
and also thanks to all for the likes and input so far
I know what you mean about the bare table but there a few containers and a small barrel that can be left on the table once i have made them as seen in the pic. I can't be bothered to make anything because i am itching to be starting my Occre Endeavour soon

Should be achievable with smaller scales but a bit more fiddly

Also if you want to upgrade those terrible cannon barrels i can let you have some replacements see pic below
The Smaller ones are for the swivel guns but you will have to make your own mountings for those but there is a Pegasus build on this forum which will give you an idea on how to do it![:)](https://modelshipworld.com/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.png)
