    I don’t have the plans but it is great to see a Dutch Skûtsje in Hawaii hands 😃 It was about 20 years ago that i was sailing on such Skûtsje called “ Trouw Hulp “ I hope you will get those plans. Sjors

    Thanks Jason, For the first time i tapered the planks and i like it 😃 The kit is great but with all the kits there are a few things that will be changed when i will buy another one in the future. But the building is just fun! Sjors

    Thanks for the likes. Always a pleasure that you see that someone is watching..... Done a little bit more. Place the rudder and hinges, catheads, stern section and bow section. All that is seen by the pictures. Now we go to the interior . Sjors

    I don't like the paint job at the bow so a little bit of sanding and painted again. In my opinion it looks much better now. Also placed the anchor hawse bolsters and the upper rail. Sjors

    Hello dkuehn (is that your name?) I’m building the Flirt myself and i have a question. Maybe you have seen it on my build log about the stern side counter. I try to find it by your model but i can’t find it? It’s part number 57. Sjors

    Or I make a BIG mistake or I don't see it. When you take a look at the picture of the Manuel you will see that the Stern Counter Timber are following a curve of the stern. When I take my model and put the stern counter at the same way as te Manuel it is totally different. That's the next picture. At the Manuel it is saying that it has to flush with the stern underside curve. But I don't have that curve. So.......help or something? Sjors

    Because I don't like the waterline I chance it a little. I keep it this way otherwise I will damage more then I want. Next time I will get a real waterline tool. Sjors

    Bulwark and hull painted. I know that line is not that smooth that I wanted but I'm satisfied with it. I'm gonna keep it this way. Sjors
