  6. Regarding CA glue, it has a shelf life of 6-12 months at room temperature. You will notice that it starts to take longer to set. While accelerator helps, I find it better to just get a new bottle. Unopened glue will last a long time in the freezer. Nic

  10. Silkspan is what stick-and-tissue airplane modelers cover their models with. Perhaps a hobby store might carry it. Here is a photo of Sultana with silkspan sails.
  11. So after much thinner, rubbing, scraping and sanding, a coat of primer, more sanding, and a spray tan, the result is much more pleasing.
