    From what I've seen of the speculations about what the Ark looked like, you could start with a shoe box or a length of 4x4. HiS models does make an Ark kit. Google Noah's Ark models and you will find examples. Nic.

    And for the Wyoming, last night put in some forestays.

    Even though this ship has battens instead of ratlines, it still has ratlines every 5th batten to the outer shrouds.

    Once the battens are glued to the shrouds, the ends are clipped off and we have beautifully spaced and even battens.

    Now to add the battens. We developed a unique method to insure the battens are evenly spaced. We made a "batten ladder"
