  1. Well, call me an old fart in this matter, but am I the only one who liked the old version when it came of topics and how the system followed only to the topics you had responded to without doing anything? Now I have to click and save the topics I am responding to. Sometimes I forget to click "Follow the Topic" and further down the road may have forgotten the topic "thread" I am following. Any possibillities to this changed? So once I have responded to a topic or thread I get the next responses without doing anything? Just a humble question
  2. Dremel is defiinatly one item. Table Saw yes, but I don't have one. Modeler belt sander yes.!
  3. Pete, seems like you have a very nice setup of a workshop. That Delta certainly will help with scratch builts and other projects around the house.
  4. Thanks for the link, it has a bookmark for future purchases
  5. Phil, you have done an amazing job. I like the details. I have AL's version of hmav Bounty and the same book. Mr McKay reveal so many other details not shown in the diagrams.
  6. I have a no name scroll saw still in box (with laser guide, light and vacuum, (friend of mine has been using the same with amazing results)) considering selling it and going with the simple hand-jeweler saw for easy accuracy. Only my two cents.
  7. I placed an order of the draw plate from Jim Byrnes. Shipping time from Florida to Washington State by snail-mail......... only two days! Cudos to both Byrnes Machine and USPS. Draw-plate as simple as it can be comes with instruction of maintenance. Here's the thing, I bought a draw-plate from another company and in a brief comparison, Byrnes came out way on the top. A simple draw for same dimension revealed a coarse and fine finish. I couldn't imaging that a such a simple thing would reveal so much of difference. Looking forward to next purchase from this company! When the piggy bank is available again!
  8. Popeye, I saw in one of the pics that the vent funnel is not located to the deck as on the Constructos America. Interesting but really nice and quick build.
  9. Floyd, do I notice you have gotten your house sold?I am more than happy to come over with a rig and remove the workshop.:-)
  10. Garward, I certainly like your build berth, and look so much more professional than the commercial items. I like to suggest you to post plans for us to build such, if possible. Looking good!
  11. Tony, I know SketchUp is a very powerful tool since I use it on regular basis, but this is just mindblowing. Amazing detailing with the rendering but also the video. What's next?
