 john, I'm so sorry to hear about your wife's fall but glad to hear she's doing better. I have indeed missed looking over your shoulder and look forward to your return to work on the Klondike. Happy Holidays!

Thanks Keith… Have a great holiday yourself. With winter come on here in Maine, I should be getting some more shipyard time. Loved following you pile driver and looking forward to Lula

Nice detailed plans are helpful. I did notice that uniqueness about the Klondike’s deck. However, the Robert E Lee I built had the decks Cantilevered much further over the hull.

I still have to add those timbers supporting the deck past the hull.

Hey I stood on that very same spot in 1978  lol can't say if I remember it looking like this lol. Very glad to hear about everything  being good. Great work, will look in from time to time if  I can remember  lol

John - Yes the Robert E lee overhang is quite remarkable. Hopefully the passengers won't be running side to side to see the sights.

Fortunately, Passengers were in the upper decks sloshing around in the saloon ballroom and the luxurious cabins. LOL 😆
