So where am I at now? well I have nearly second planked the lower hull, just two planks either side and a few dropped planks, then it will be ready for a dry day so I can sand it down. OC. Old Collingwood Posted December 28, 2017 Author Share #235 Posted December 28, 2017 Hiya folks hope all are well, Last time I posted I was working on the keel, well I have constructed some box work to tidy up the keel, as it really got a battering from all the hull building and sanding, I have also started planking the stem with individual planks, most of this will be hidden with paint, but It will reinforce it and give it appropriate dimensions. I also sanded back the wale and cleaned up some of the paintwork ready to be touched up. Here's a few pics.
