G'day Patrick Bloody beautiful job. It's hard to spot the difference between the real ship and your model. I love the back light shot as well. Keep up the great work and of course the logs. havagooday my friend Greg

I've also got 2 hand raised cocktails. I wouldn't let them near my model incase their beaks start to chew. One is a girl and she's is only for me and the other is a boy and he will go to anyone. He's a huge talker..... about 50 words in his vocabulary and he whistles 2 songs. Greg

G'day Doris It's very interesting so far. Are you going to do your wonderful interior in this ship as you did in the Royal Caroline? Did you say it's almost 3kg? That's quite heavy considering it is made from cardboard. As I said before, can't wait for more logs from you. Havagooday Greg

G'day Dave She's coming on great. The copper plating is amazing. A bloody brilliant job memattieee. I don't mind flying, but talking off and landing gives me more grey hairs. (It that possible may I ask, I don't think so as I'm quite grey now!) Havagreatimeaway Greg

"Not sure about the Suround Sound system. Rumour has it that I did actually make it, but that it mysteriously flew off the tweezers and disappeared prior to installation." Sh#t happens mate. Hope that you will find it. All you need is a large magnifying glass and luck. havagooday Greg

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
