  1. G'day Vince Same as Pete but with....... a bit fiddly as well! Bloody great mate Havagooday Greg
  2. G'day Dave The woven mouse is so authentic it makes what I was planning to do, looks like a second, no fifth cousin of yours. I'm think I will go the extra mile, to try to copy yours. BLOODY MARVELOUS MATE! Havagooday Greg
  3. G'day Toni I'm wish there was another adjective that could express how bloody fantastic your workmanship, (or should I say workpersonship to be politely correct) is. But alas, an Ozzie term I havta use. It's a bloody ripper! And I wish I had a fraction of your talent. Havagooday Greg
  4. G'day Denis It's going great guns and it's bloody marvelous. I see that you have the motor still going flat out. Be careful of the exhaust. It might get too warm for you😆😅😊. havagooday Greg
  5. G'day Nils This is not my idea, but it is brilliant. I copied it from the Kit basher guide and was posted by NemadM. I thought you might like this idea for you boats' cover. Havagooday Greg Copy paper and toilet paper Ok, idea is not mine, thanks to Jack12477 and MTaylor to push me in this direction We were discussing how to make canvas for hatches in small scale Mark mentioned, and ... Base is made from regular 80g copy paper on which is glued with deluted white glue, one layer from 3-layer regular toilet roll paper, to imitate rough structure Rest is playing with very thin layers of acrylic colors .
  6. G'day Patrick Your imagination must be bloody marvelous because those rooms are incredibly authentic. Havagooday mate Greg
  7. G'day Dave Persistence is truly a virtue my mate. Well done and the final efforts has an exceptionally quality to it. Thanks for showing us your failures as it also remind me of what Thomas Edison said when he was trying to find the correct filiment to use on his light globe. "I only showed that there was 1000 filiments not to use" or something simular.😆 Havagooday Greg
  8. G'day Denis You're going great guns with the masks. So bloody fast. There's a saying in Australia 'you are working like you've got a motor up your a##se'. Havagooday Greg
  9. G'day Mark The rudder chain assembly looks good. No doubt that Pete has sent you the great file of his. havagooday Greg
  10. I agree with you completely. I know it's the kit's fault, but all I was saying it's looks too big for me. My apologies if I have offended anyone. Havagooday Greg
  11. G'day Denis Looking at the dead eyes on the chain plate, they seems very large. They are almost the diameter of the mask. I could be wrong, but I don't know anything about clippers, so forgive me if I'm talking bull 'manure'. Havagooday Greg
  12. G'day Vince It's looks great to me! Your and Pete's research makes the difference. Well done memattieee. Happymodelling Greg
  13. G'day Patrick The armchair are brilliant and so is the writing desk. All you need to do is a Toshiba laptop, a framed photograph and a whiskey bottle with glasses for the desk. Havagooday Greg
  14. G'day Denis I guess better late than never! I've just found your log and it's bloody great mate. Sorry I'm late. I hope there's still room somewhere, so I can plant my seat and watch more entries that you will place in. Can't wait Havagooday Greg
  15. G'day Mark I only pressed the like button for there's no 'oh Damm it' button. Artistic licience might be the go for a lot of people, but I doubt you are one of these! Redoing is good for the soul, some people may say...... but it's really a pain in the backside! I really feel for you mate. Havagooday if you can Greg
