  1. Organization is the tool of the Devil. I got organized once and couldn't find anything till I got disorganized again.
  2. BG, welcome to MSW. Glad to have you aboard.
  3. Glen, she looks terrific. You know, had the ships' boats been attached before going through the neck things may not have folded up enough to get everything through. It all worked out for the best and it all looks great.
  4. Brian, what a drop dead gorgeous build, congratulations! After seeing the Cairo mounted to the base I can't imagine better, they fit each other perfectly. What a great journey, I enjoyed every post. Thank you for the ride.
  5. Aurelien, welcome to MSW. Glad to have you aboard.
  6. Glen, fantastic job! The video wore me out. I kept saying to myself, square peg, round hole, square peg, round hole till she finally popped through.

  12. Glen, the ship is a little beauty. I love the sails, they turned out great and hang well from the yards.
  13. Brian, what a great piece of lumber for the base. The live edge is reminiscent of the rough muddy banks of the rivers the Cairo patrolled.
  14. Sorry, Nic. I was thinking back of the end zone to the back of the end zone for 360 feet but duh, I needed to add another two fields to the total. Dang, that's a lot of line.
  15. Patrick, welcome to MSW. Glad to have you aboard.

  17. Glen, you always get stage fright at about this point in you SIB builds and they always turn out great. Just relax and breathe through your eyelids.
  18. Chuck, welcome to MSW. Wishing you the best with your first build and please create a build log when you start your build. Glad to have you aboard.
  19. Brian, the second you say "digital reattachment" in a discussion with your wife about purchasing a Byrnes saw will be the last second of the conversation.
