Have you thought about a bit of AYC from Chuck? I'm sure he's got some sheets of the right thickness or very close, and it does bend well. Just my two pennies worth 😉

They look like the German version of the British 8th army bren carrier and the 6pdr gun. Thankyou Patrick, still got the decals to do, I'm hoping to do more😉 as the rabbit hole is sucking me in!

Can't fault your logic😉 I got a scroll saw and table saw to do Winchelsea because of the effort and time it took to cut Tritons frames. To cut all the frames took me best part of 36-48 hours, basically did one complete frame each time.

Thanks OC, I do tidy up each time but always ends up looking like a bombs gone off😄

The tracks are on and it's all put together, just the crew left to do. Some touch up painting needed thanks to everyone who looked in, commented or hit the button 😁 Cheers

The tracks and front wheels are not glued so will be removed when I do the camouflage! Cheers

Started this one while sitting waiting for glue to cure on my other builds, ship and non-ship. I only have the small details to glue on and cement top part to the hull and then paint. the next photos show the pak40 AT gun, that until I can get hold of a sdkfz11 will be towed by this. Thanks for looking in. Cheers

Got to agree with OC, the canopy turned out really well. Best be careful trying to shake that loose bomb, you dont want it to go off and ruin all your good work

The road pieces look very good OC, when you start putting all the parts together on your board, it's going to be a proper bobby dazzler. As the others have said the farm looks great 😉

Hi Justin, I chose this Triton cross section as my initiation into scratch building, although I did not invest in power tools until after I built it. A coping saw was my method of cutting the frames, quite a laborious but somewhat relaxing job once I got into a rhythm. I'll be following along, good luck and have fun. As Chad has already said, you've made a good start. Cheers

More is coming, basically the final chapter, all bar the crew, but I'm a bit rusty on figure painting , I might contract them out to OC 😂. I found a Sd.Kfz11 late version on fleabay £25 free p+p so if I can sweet talk the financial director it could be a goer🙄☺

I have been looking at the kits of those available EG, so far the price is £40+. There are one or two Opel Blitz 3ton trucks that could suffice, but it looks like I'm gonna save some pennies for the SDkfz11😉 Btw those photos are great, thanks

Rained off again today, so airbrush started up and repainted camo on the hull, it got a bit green on the gun mount, but I can live with that I ended up mixing my own brown as fleabay has non in stock from any vendor and I refuse to pay £5+ at Amazon for a pot of paint I could get for just over £2 when the paint has dried it's on with the last bits and tracks. For the thumbs up and comments I thank you all😁👍 Cheers

I've been adding the small parts to the body and turret, but took no photos 🙄, while waiting for the glue to dry, I kind of started the half track I bought at the same time. When I get round to that model properly I will start a log🙂 Thanks for your likes and comments, there will be more. Cheers😁👍 P.S just a couple of teasers of the half track, floor is only dry fitted.
