Very nice pumps, Pat. I think the handles look fine as they are.

So, about 4 hours work and the port side is done. Brackets, hull fittings, rings, ladders, pulleys etc.

I just painted the last of the grey on the last 3 launches before I start on The tops of all the launches... this is a long process.

I don’t know why it’s so hard for me to get a straight water line masked off.

only took 5 minutes of airbrushing today

    the result

I knew I forgot somthing... the ors.  Oh well.
    Merry christmas everyone!

    Hi Jan,
    Nice Build!!

I have these in Stokes Valley, (Home), but no predation from my cats!! Thankfully.

The Kingfisher makes far too much noise. 🙂
(I'll find a photo of one the cats bought in a few yeas ago, don't worry. it survived, and then some!!)

    Cheers and Regards,

Five days later and I've made all the sprockets and rollers. To cut the teeth in the drive sprockets I used my punch set. There are 12 of these, a central one that contains the spokes and two outer ones to get the thickness correct :

    The idler sprockets :

    And the top rollers :

    So, here we go..

The frames and strenghtenings are in place.
    The beginning is there.
I also place the consoles for the axels and motor.( I don't use that because she stays static but want to show you how it works if you want it RC )

I have phone around and there will be no lights .......
I found it to expensive for what I want.
The model ,when she is finished, will stay at the workshop and don't go into the living room.
I'm only there when there is daylight so it's no use .

    Then now the pictures.

What's in the box...... not much 😀

    The frames with those strengthening

    Console for axels
