  1. Hello Olha, When your sails came out of that varnish/turpentine solution, they looked like a mess. But . . . . (I am learning) . . . . I know when you get finished with them, they will be beautiful. Mike
  2. Hello Olha, Looking forward to watching your work with this Viking ship. And . . . of course . . . it is always good to have Imbir's approval. Mike
  3. I watched the video of your “Shipmodeler’s Assistant” (lmbir) doing his work with the yard arms. I think he is a valuable member of your team, and I hope we see more of him in the future. Mike
  4. Hello Olha, I watched video #36 (How to Make a Mouse). Your videos are so well produced, that any builder can learn your methods for doing this marvelous work. You show every step clearly. I am curious about how you make your videos. Question: Is it not very difficult to do all that work down in front of a camera lens? Or do you have many cameras installed around your workshop? Thank you, Mike
  5. Great fun watching you develop this behemoth 5ft rendition of Charles Martel. Mike
  6. This is the first "wood" work of yours I have seen. Very Finely Done.
  7. I watched several of your videos. The one demonstrating your machines and techniques for making rope and rigging is impressive. The work you are doing with your carrack is marvelous. And . . . It is a pleasure to meet your assistant “Ginger” (Imbir). He is a handsome cat, and a very good assistant I am sure. Mike
  8. Thank You MSW members for the warm welcome.
  9. Thank You Chris.
  10. The quality of the photos is fine. It is nice to see "Neptune" following in the wake of "Mayflower" Mike
  11. Hello, My name is Mike. Thank you for allowing me to join this forum. I build ships in Card & Paper, with some Wood added in as needed. I have been looking through many of the construction logs here for a while. This is an impressive group of craft workers and artists. It looks like a great place to be. Warm Regards, Mike
