Let the wood coming !!!!!!! And not only that, I have also do a little rigging. I have to see in the book what it calls There we go : On the bowsprit we have.... Jib stay Fore topgallant stay Flying jib stay Fore royal stay I'm not using that chop saw for the rigging but for the Aggy when I go further on her with the second planking.

Thanks Tim, Frank and Bob, @ Tim, Welcome at my build log Take a seat and enjoy. And thanks for the word impressive @ Frank, You are one of the persons that let me re-do the crow's feet. Thanks for that !!!!!!! @ Bob, It's not that difficult and I enjoy it to doing it. It was my first attempt ( forget the wrong one please ) and I like it !!!!The only thing that I find difficult was the tension on the stay. To little ? to much ? Popeye gives at Mobbsie's Aggy a clear answer on that and that is what I follow.....

Sam, When you take a look at the earlier post with pictures you will see that the ropes of the crow's feet are to long. And also the ropes are not going OVER the platform what I did now. With the help of Master Mobbsie, it is right now.

After the meeting yesterday of a Dutch forum ( the link to a picture impression is Modelshipbuilders meeting in the Netherlands on Saturday, April 19th ) I thought I try to do the crows feet at the Fonz. Maybe it has do it another way but I like it and I keep it this way ( just like another few things ) All 3 are done and it was for me the first time that I did it.

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
