Hi,

I just found my old HMS Bounty which I started approx 25 years ago and though it was time to start up again modeling now that the kids are getting young adults'.

I guess I fell into ccoyle description on not to start ship building, 25 years ago. I picked a cool model which had limited/very bad instructions, faulty wood and was intended for experienced ship modelers (which I'm not). The hull mas made with probably all the nooby fault possible.

Well, I've started up with trying to rectify my fault so it at least looks ok from the out side. Now I'm waiting for my extra Mahony plank to put on the hull.

So there will be a lot of question to come from me.

A good way to find Bounty's.

Kit build logs from 1751-1800 and search in "This forum"

Welcome to Model Ship World Trond.  You have made a good start on your Bounty.  Thank goodness the newer kits have better instructions and materials.  Good luck on your build.

Thanks guys.

I was searching on the forum for the right setup for starting a log, but couldn't find one.

Is it normal/practice to type in heading: Ship name-builder name-fabrication-scale?
