Who would have thought 1/32” x 1/16” holes in the bulwarks would be so difficult. 😣 

 

I am not going to even count the repairs I have made to this hull trying to get to this point. 😩

 

Got say great experience gained. 😆

 

Continuing on to fairing out the bulwarks for top rails. Not to mention cleaning up those pesky little holes. (Scuppers)

Had to fix some warp-age… so I am on my 2nd version of a building slip. 😆

 

Bulkheads are in place should dry with no warping.

Very clever jig.   I only just found this build log. Very interesting subject.   I started Amundsen’s Gjoa before our move but haven’t got back to it.   MS “yellow box” kit found on eBay.
