No, I think the heic file format is not compatible. I think you need to convert the file format to jpg.

Did you use an iPhone? iPhones sometimes use the heic format:

To save photos in JPG on iPhone:

Step 1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.

Step 2. Scroll down to choose "Camera" and tap "Formats."

Step 3. Select "Most Compatible" and your photos will be saved as JPEG files.

Heic is basically an orphan format that Microsoft came up with but it never caught on with website developers or anyone else for the most part.

Interesting little boat, Pete - and nice work so far.  Reminds me of this abandoned little boat on the west coast of Ireland.  Somewhere in the 30'

range I imagine.  Nice project and a good choice.

Best of luck on this build - I'll be following along.

My next question regards the structure(?) on the wheelhouse roof.as shown below:

CaptEddyplans.thumb.png.fbff5089aa7f3436e8848860d017a5cd.png

These plans are based upon a fictional lobster boat from the comic strip "Non Sequitur" by Wiley Miller. In the images below there is a shop's wheel up there. Is this correct or is it artistic license?

(I hope I'm not breaking any copyright rules here)
