  1. You might want to consider paper mache, using newsprint paper as well. It sounds like you will need more than one ream of copy paper for that area...

  12. I use foamcore as a sheath for knives with mounted blades that are out on the bench.
  13. I got a sleeve of plastic 25 ml sauce tubs at a local restaurant supply store for this application, styrofoam plates also work well as palates for water based paints.
