    From when I built my HMS Warspite - I think the key is lots of thin coats (ok mine was acrylics) But I found I could brush along the demarcation lines without it causing a build up. OC.

    Hi Edward, yep I'm going by this plate and a few online searches also in another forum I chat to a few reinactors taht were from the KGL regiment that was at 2015 Waterloo show, I try to keep them uniform but with a little bit of variety. OC.

    Just wanted to say - I know so far they are just figures and look all the same - but it will change when I can make them part of a dio scene - I promise. OC.
